Meet the creator, Valentina

Hi, welcome! My name is Valentina and if you know me personally you would know natural and herbal products have been a passion of mine since forever. Growing up my parents did lots of home remedies and taught us about different plants and herbs and the benefits of them. One thing natural we didn’t use was lotion! After every shower I would lotion up my whole body as I always seemed to have dry skin. I realized there must be a better option than store bought lotion with ingredients I didn’t even know. I started to do research and found tallow and the many benefits of it. At the time my brother was butchering his young grass-fed cow and I asked him to keep the suet fat for me so I can start experimenting with it. I made some whipped tallow from in and fell in love with how it felt on my skin. I started to share with friends and family and they all enjoyed it. I started to sell on my personal Instagram and sold hundreds and had many buyers tell me how much it helped them with there skin issues. That’s when I realized I need to open up a small business and help more people locally and Canada wide. I used herbs at home on the daily bases and have made many tinctures and salves so when I made my first whipped tallow it was a no brainer to infuse herbs and whole plants into the tallow. I have noticed when looking for tallow in Canada I could only find tallow with essential oils, skin irritants, and seed oils. I wanted to create a safe and gentle herb infused tallow for my kids and family. We live on a small hobby farm where we have a dairy Jersey cow, dairy goats, sheep’s, and a pony. We plan to add chickens soon! We grow a few of the plants and herbs our self and what we don’t have access to we try to source it locally and organically. We hope to add many more natural products that we use daily on the website. Our mission? is simple. It’s to create and share simple traditional herbal skincare and products and to grow a knowledgeable community. God has Blessed us beyond measure and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for our small business.
