How to Use
3-5 drops of oil directly in the external ear canal up to 3 times a day. Best when warmed up. You may place the bottle in a hot cup of water for a few mins to naturally warm the oil. make sure to test the temperature on your wrist. Do not put hot oil in the ear. Make sure its slightly warm!
